Information for Parents
The Farlington Wrap Around Service is a before and after school club, and holiday playscheme where you can bring your children and have them stay in a local and friendly environment.

Forms and Documents for Parents
You can quickly and easily book your child or children onto one of our playschemes or wrap-around childcare sessions using our automated booking system. Simply login and choose the days and times that you require, followed by an online payment which will then secure your child(ren)’s space.
If this is the first time you are using this service, you will need to register for an account and complete all of your and your child’s details. Then subsequent bookings can be made by simply logging in and managing your account online.

Information for New Parents
Payments and booking a place for your child
We ask for a £25 non-refundable deposit to secure your child’s place. Please confirm the start date you wish your child to start. Feel free to pop in for a chat and to show your child around.
Invoices are given out half-termly. Payment can be made via:
- MOD Wrap Around childcare funding (WAC)
- Childcare vouchers - including Tax-Free Childcare Vouchers, work related voucher companies
- Childcare Grant Payment Service - in partnership with Student Finance
- Online BACS payment
- Universal Credit support
- Cash (NB: we prefer not to have payment made for large amounts in cash)
Change of Sessions
We ask for 4 weeks term time notice to drop or change sessions. Please ask staff on site for a Cancellation or Change form or download a copy using the links above.
Extra Sessions
We will try to accommodate requests for children to attend extra sessions if required. Please enquire with the manager on-site for the requested dates and times. We cannot offer swaps on sessions.
Flexi Sessions
These can be booked as a one off or to cover shift workers or when other childcare is not available. These sessions cost £1 extra per day, per child.
Safeguarding and Staff Training
All of our staff hold a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service check) and have various forms of safeguarding training. Managers and Supervisors have all attended a Full Safeguarding course.
All staff undertake regular training on Food Hygiene, Food allergy awareness, Breast Ironing, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), British Values and the majority of staff hold a full Paediatric First Aid certificate.
